Join Sona for our Fall Yoga Mala, a practice of 108 salutations done in unison as a moving meditation. The arrival of Fall invites us to wind down from the high energy of Summer, giving way to balance, when days and nights are of equal length. This mala will be a practice of balance, with both sun and moon salutations, inviting you to let go, gather, and ground. Come explore this beautiful and powerful practice that will stretch you in more ways than one! Some yoga experience suggested, but modifications will be shown.
