Relax + Restore
This class will begin with gentle movement and strengthening exercises at a comfortable pace followed by restorative postures and pranayama. Deeply relax with these gentle warm ups and long held poses, designed to nourish, restore, and revitalize the body and the mind. In restorative yoga, we use yoga props to support the body and create ease and deep relaxation. All levels.

Flow + Restore
Wanna move, AND chill out?  Find the perfect balance of movement and rest, all in one hour! This liberating practice will inspire mindful movement, strength and the release of stagnant energy followed by restorative postures to bring you into deep relaxation. A long savasana will leave you calmly recharged and powerfully refreshed and ready for the weekend ahead.

An inventive sequences of postures, compassionately taught, is designed to ignite a deeper awareness of and connection to the body, mind, and heart. Students will gain strength and release tension. This is a delicious and energizing class for those looking to move deeper into their practice. Previous yoga experience recommended.

Power Vinyasa / Flow

Vigorous and dynamic, flow-based yoga.  Build strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, and concentration as you experience Vinyasa as a true movement based meditation.  Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice.  Practitioners have the option to explore a range of poses and levels, modifying or  deepening where needed that day.  Previous yoga experience recommended.

Restful Reset
Have you ever wanted to stay longer in savasana?  Now you can!  This deeply restful, stress-melting practice emphasizes simple, supported postures, mindful movement and overall relaxation in an effort to recharge your body and soothe your nervous system.

Restorative yoga is the perfect antidote for a busy life.  It is a highly effective practice for anyone seeking to unwind, relax and reset or to balance more active practices; or, for those experiencing injury or illness.  It is also a great introduction to the experience of meditation.  In this practice, comfort and ease will be encouraged.  The use of props facilitates a slow and quiet opening through the body, subtle body, and mind.  In this way, deeply held tensions and blockages can clear, stimulating the body’s natural healing power.  Accompanied by breathing techniques and gentle stretches, this practice will promote deep healing on all levels.  You will leave feeling calm, rested and rejuvenated.

What draws me in to yoga is the feeling that I’ve come home. Sometimes it takes fidgeting, shaking, and lots of breath to learn how to unfold with ease. But if you keep showing up, a beautiful, honest and deeply accepting relationship with yourself can emerge.
