my name is SONA, which means gold, fire and beauty in Sanskrit, the ancient language of yoga.

my name gives me roots + my roots are a roadmap to life.

i hope to guide you in exploring the light (gold), the transformation (fire), and most importantly, the joy (beauty) that is possible in your own life.
