Learn the powerful benefits of yoga when you join WWP and other Alumni and family support members during a special class led by Joanna Corp and Sona Buchanan, E-RYT. Joanna will lead the movement portion and Sona will guide you through some short, simple effective practices from the yoga tradition (yoga, breathing, mindfulness and meditation) to help you in this current moment and to incorporate into your daily life!
