INDIVIDUAL REST SESSIONS

Based on your goals and needs, l will introduce to you the best tools to elevate your relationship to rest.

This will include ongoing guidance and customized meditations and yoga nidrā recordings that you can use daily.

PRIVATE YOGA + AYURVEDA SESSIONS

Suitable for individuals, couples, or small groups.

Private instruction is the best way to address specific needs and to further your exploration + understanding of your own body, lifestyle practices and movement patterns.  

Many things can be incorporated into a private session including:

  • a personalized introduction to yoga or Āyurveda

  • development of a daily routine (dinacharya) based on your doshic needs

  • guidance in optimal sleep, nutrition, or energy management according to Āyurveda

  • feedback on movement patterns in your unique body

  • co-creation of a home practice plan for you to follow

  • development of a meditation practice

  • deepening of your practice

  • a judgment-free zone to ask your questions

HOW IT WORKS

Before meeting in person, let's discuss (by phone or email) what you hope to get out of a private session so that the lesson will be tailored to you (or your group). Sessions may be centered around a physical practice, yoga philosophy, rest practices, meditation, Ayurveda, chanting, energy work, Thai yoga or how to start a home practice or create a daily routine.

Sessions are held at a location of your choosing or online.

Pricing:
$100-150 sliding scale for a single-person 1-hr session
$180 for a private 1-hr class (up to 6 students)
