Ayurveda teaches us that we don't just mirror nature, we ARE nature. We each have unique tendencies and makeup. Therefore, each person's path toward optimal health is also unique. You will learn about the five elements and the doshas (bio-energies) and discover how to align your wellness rituals to the environment, season, time of life, times of day and night, and more. We will discuss the meaning of health, the causes of disease, and how to implement a daily routine of self-care.
