Summertime yoga practice is ideally one that is guided by relaxed effort, in which the qualities of freedom and grounded ease are present. Drawing your attention inward with forward folds, pranayama, meditation, hip openers, and twists will cool you down and invite you to slow down and access a deep state of relaxed awareness. We'll begin with supine pranayama, slow flow through standing forward folds, sit for meditation, seated forward folds and twists, then rest deeply in a luxurious savasana.
