This special heart-focused practice will help us to directly access the heart energy through some light movement and breathwork, followed by mantra. We will complete the experience with restorative yoga postures and conscious rest (yoga nidra) to help the heart refuel, energy to flow and our bodies to soften into a state of balance and peace.
Please set up in a warm and cozy space, with whatever props you have at home (bolster/cushion, 2 blankets (more if you live in a cold environment), 2 yoga blocks if you have them, a light scarf to cover your eyes.
